Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on orders. Any exceptions will be made at our sole discretion. All items are made to order, so small differences may occur. We always quality check our products to ensure it is an item we would want to receive ourselves. Please let us know immediately if you have any issues with your order. Due to the nature of custom orders; processing does not start until payment is received. Once order is paid in full, we will process in the normal timeframe. Please make us aware of any concerns regarding your order prior to submitting payment.
